Express Sessions— $149 (Studio/ Any type of session)

(All RAW images that do not need backdrop retouching—minimum 20, no retouches-- available for purchase, one outfit and one backdrop only, 30-45 min session)

Add'l edits are 4 for $50 or $15 each

Maternity (up to 4 persons; each add'l person $10, maximum 8)— $200

Family (Up to 6 persons; each add'l person $10, maximum 8)— $200

Child Birthday 6mos-17years old-- child must be able to sit up— $180

Birthday (18+)-- $200

Newborn/First 48 (No children allowed aged 2weeks-5mos)-- $180

Headshots— $90 (30-45min, 1 outfit ONLY, 1 shirt/blazer change allowed. Includes 3 edits. Photo will be taken from chest-up)

Take $20 off balance if you want no edits and all images!

Corporate/Private Events— $150 per hour (Travel within Triad is included. Add'l for other locations)

Christmas-- $125 (30min, 1 outfit only. Additional outfit +$25)

50% non refundable retainer is required on all sessions.

Up to 2 backdrop colors and 5 photo retouches are included in your regular session ($200).

Need to Know

Photo editing is $50 per 4 photos. Additional backdrop requests are $25. Individual edits are $15 per photo. Outside of your favorite four and additional edits, RAW images may be available for an additional cost, at the photographer’s discretion.

Location

We are located inside the Guilford Building at 301 S Elm Street., Greensboro, NC 27405. The studio door will be given the day of your session. We are located at the corner of Washington Street and Elm Street in the Guilford Building in Downtown Greensboro. All images taken are included in a digital Pixieset link, which is sent via text with 24hours of your session ending! This link will expire 30 days after edited/RAW photos are delivered to you. The link is only guaranteed for 30 days. Please download ASAP to ensure possession. Once erased, you will have to book a new session.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes (no more than 10 minutes) prior to your appointment time, dressed, and ready to shoot. Please be advised that it is downtown parking and availability fluctuates. Late arrival will cut into your session time, as we are by appointment only and your session is only 60minutes. There is only a “late fee” if you wish to add more time to your session because you were late. It is $35 per 15 minutes and based on the photographer's availability.

Ready to book?

Submit the form above and I will reach out to you with scheduling confirmation. Once confirmed, your deposit is due to secure the date.

Deposits are to be paid via Zelle 336-987-8223, CashApp $WileyStudioMedia or Apple Pay 336-987-8223. Your date and time is not secured until I receive a deposit and confirm via text with you, no exceptions. FAQ:

I got the Express package. What's the turnaround time?

Your RAW photos will be unedited and returned within 1-2 business days with a Wiley Studio watermark.

I love my photos! can I post them with the watermark?

The watermark indicates that your photos are not to be posted by any means necessary or you will be banned from future bookings. No exceptions.

Do you offer refunds?

There will be no refunds allowed. Please visit my portfolio to ensure I am the photographer for you. (click the word "portfolio" and you will be taken there)

Do you know someone who does makeup and hair?

I have a few makeup artist and hairstylist recommendations. Please inquire during your confirmation with me.

How long is the link to my photos active?

Your link will expire 30 days after your RAW (express session) or edited photos are officially delivered. No exceptions. Please download as soon as possible once delivered. Please note that I do not offer walk-ins. Same-day/Last minute scheduling is available, please email wileystudiomedia@gmail.com for faster service. 

What if I want extra time?

If you want to add an additional 30 minutes to your session at the last minute for $70, please notify me and please be prepared to send an additional full +$70 deposit immediately to secure your extra time. It is not a guarantee that your time can be extended. It is dependent upon availability. You will receive another text once the additional deposit is received. Additional time is not guaranteed the day of/during your session, only at least one day before, to ensure availability and to be respectful of next appointments.

Who can I bring with me to my session?

Bring friends, family, or anyone else that you want to include in your shoot to remember this moment! Pets are not allowed in the studio however they are allowed at outdoor sessions (assuming they are friendly). Children must be supervised at all times and are responsible for all photography studio and photography equipment damages caused by them. No exceptions.

How many times can I change outfits?

In an hour, if you arrive with one outfit on, you can typically fit a maximum of 1-2 outfit changes. So maximum— 3 outfits total per 1 hour session if you are mindful of time.

How and when will I receive my edited photos if I purchase them?

You will receive your retouched photos within 5-7 business days after I am notified of your choices, unless otherwise discussed during your session, uploaded to your link under "Edited Photos." Under some circumstances, they are sent to your phone and/or email as well.

If you don’t want 4 edited photos, it is $15 per photo.

I'm in a hurry-- what's your rush fee?

Rush orders are available with the following upcharge:

1 day turnaround— +$60

2 day turnaround— +$50

3 day turnaround— +$40

Do you have props?

Generally, I do not provide props unless you request them in a timely fashion (at least 2-5 days before your session, per availability). Some props may be available in the studio depending on what you desire but I can not make any guarantees. There is no glitter, confetti, or smoking allowed in the studio. Please inquire during confirmation about any specific prop you may want.

I want a digital backdrop, kind of like me floating with the maternity bow. Do you do edits like that?

Under certain circumstances, I offer digital backdrops if it is cost efficient. It may come with an additional cost if I am able to provide this service for you. Typically, my editing style is vibrant yet natural, lightly retouched images. I am more than happy to recommend some other photographers in the area if I believe we won’t be a good fit based on your photographic desire(s). Can I make payments on my photoshoot?

Absolutely! Please inquire about a payment plan during your confirmation. Please note, if you choose to do a payment, your final balance will be due the day of your session.
